I've seen amazing results! Significantly reduced bloat and lost 5kgs whilst on my cleanse. I began to crave healthier and lighter food options afterwards. Also a HUGE move, I've stopped picking at food when cooking, snacking out of boredom or habit when i'm not even hungry and i've taken control by knowing when to stop eating when i'm full instead of eating everything infront of me.
